The body is
 Divinely Designed.

Christian theology teaches the beauty of the body.

Let us be reminded of, teach, and live from this wonder.

Let's learn together!

workshops and courses combing psychotherapy skills and spiritual/christian teachings

What the body does to help us survive overwhelming experiences needs to be respected. Our bodies were designed with specific abilities to keep us safe and alive. God knows how important safety is to the environment and the body for us to grow and flourish and what happens if it does not exist. Our Heavenly Parents know and honor this because they created us. Let us honor this too.

Connecting to our body and our wisdom does not leave out God. The closer we are to our body in tender ways, the closer we can be to our loving Heavenly Parents. Not because we have done something right or proven ourselves, but because as we develop kindness and understanding of ourselves, we are more able to allow the compassion of others into our souls. As we do, we can experience the power of our Heavenly Parents being empathetic witnesses in our struggles and pain that they want to be and are. We then feel God feeling us. That is true healing and wholeness

Our bodies are not only designed to keep us safe but also to help us to heal. God equipped us with our thoughts, feelings, and body sensations to help us guide us to heal. We find healing by compassionately understanding what our body does to keep us alive and safe and how what we are experiencing is leading us to heal. Safety is found in being heard and honored for who you are (not for what you do).

God cares about what we are experiencing in our bodies. They are mindful of when we are hurt and why we are in pain. Our Heavenly Parents know our bodies can/do react in ways that may be harmful when we are overwhelmed and do not sense safety in our bodies. They know what we need to do to survive and not feel pain (this is how our body keeps us alive). Our loving God holds us and our choices with love and tenderness. Not disappointment or disdain.

Healing happens in a
more trauma informed faith.

Moving forward has everything to do with understanding your past and how it impacts your present.

As we understand the importance of honoring the past individually and collectively, we will move closer to loving and safe relationships our bodies desire and need with self, others, Diety, and communities around us.

I SO want people to feel safe with themselves, others, and God.

THIS FIERCE DESIRE HAS LED ME TO CREATE EDUCATIONAL CONTENT FOR THE COMMUNITY OF FAITH I WAS RAISED IN (LDS) AND ANY CHRISTIAN, COMBING PSYCHOTHERAPY SKILLS AND SPIRITUAL PRINCIPLES.

I want everyone to know...

1. How the body works when something happens that is too big for your body to handle.
2. How the body responds when an experience is not processed from the past.
3. How important it is to have a relationship/connection with your body and the impact of not having one.
4. What we have been given in our body by our loving Heavenly Parents to help us to heal.
5. How our Heavenly Parents are a part of our healing journey.
