I don’t even know where to start with Elise. She was heaven sent and came into my life when I really need her. Our friendship started after a chance encounter in an elevator. I don’t really believe in chance, I know we were so supposed to meet in that elevator. Elise and I have had so many fun adventures together and some intense ones too (including being woken up in the middle of the night, due to a fire outside of her home). I ended leaving the area where Elise and I lived, but our strong friendship remained. I was so happy when Sam came into her life. It was fun to hear about the evolution of the relationship and I was so happy when she announced they were getting married. I actually did not meet Sam until a year after they were married. I instantly knew what a great couple they were because of Sam’s and Elise’s amazing personalities. They are both such kind and gentle people. I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable around Sam.  When Elise told me, they were expecting their first child together, I was so excited for them, so taking their maternity pictures was a such joy. The entire photo shoot actually happened on two different days, due to Sam’s work schedule, but the pictures turned out so beautiful! And that is due to the beautiful people Sam and Elise are, on the inside and out.
Sam and Elise-thank you for letting capture this special time in your life. I am so thankful to call both of you my friends. I love any amount of time I get to spend with you guys. I hope I get more of it, especially with your new baby coming!!
